Homart Group acquires magnesium health brand Salt Lab, further strengthening its health portfolio.

Recently, Sydney-based health industry group Homart Group announced its full acquisition of the Australian magnesium health brand Salt Lab. This transaction marks a significant step for Homart in deepening its layout in the health sector and extending its reach into the precision health care track, aimed at providing more diverse health solutions for global consumers. With a core philosophy of "minimalist, pure, and verifiable," Salt Lab specializes in the magnesium health niche, focusing on common sub-health pain points such as sleep disorders and muscle soreness. It has created a product matrix covering full-body care and daily wellness, earning recognition from global consumers for its natural quality. It is currently the top-selling online magnesium brand in Australia and New Zealand, a viral Australian brand best-selling on Amazon and at the renowned department store Nordstrom, and is also actively committed to ecological sustainability. This acquisition follows Homart Group's previous acquisitions of the 75-year-old brand Thompson’s and the 50-year-old brand Thursday Plantation, representing another major move in the group's brand expansion. Leveraging Homart's advantages in R&D, supply chain, and global sales channels, Salt Lab will accelerate its global layout. Meanwhile, Salt Lab's online sales expertise, its accumulation in the magnesium sector, and its ability to reach younger audiences will help Homart strengthen its position in the precision body and mind care field, achieving synergistic development. Homart Group is set to list on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) main board this May. The addition of Salt Lab will complete the group's full-scenario health product matrix, strengthen local e-commerce channels and reach among young consumers, and enhance business diversification and growth potential. Homart Group CEO Lynn Yeh stated: "Salt Lab's brand philosophy aligns perfectly with Homart's core mission. We will leverage the advantages of the Homart Group to drive its new product development and market expansion, and I believe that after the group's listing, it will bring more resources and growth to our brands."
