Recently, Homart group was invited to the 2017 Sydney Chinese New Year Festival in Sydney Harbour for welcoming the Year of the Rooster with all people who live in Australia together.

Many outstanding people and politicians attended this great festival including Australian Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, Consulate-General of the People’s Republic of China, Gu Xiaojie, Minister for Multiculturalism, John Ajaka, Oatley for the Liberal Party, Mark Coure as well as many Overseas Chinese were invited to join this opening ceremony.

With the theme of the Year of Rooster, 2017 Sydney Chinese New Year Festival presented 12 spectacular zodiac animal lanterns varying in size, up to 10m high. Moreover, a splendid and beautiful lotus corridor attracted a lot of participants’ eyes.

A variety of programs such as Lion dance, Chinese folk dance and traditional music performances took the stage one after another, which perked up the festival. Homart exhibition stall also provided abundant gifts and activities for a thousand of participants.
