Main Ingredient
Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root extract 500mg Equiv. to Valeriana officinalis root dry 2g (2000mg); Humulus lupulus (Hops) fruit extract 40mg Equiv. to Humulus lupulus fruit dry 300mg
Dosage:
Adults take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Storage:
Store below 30°C in a cool dry place. Do not use if seal is broken or missing.
